The song “White Christmas” was probably about climate change. *half-joking*
Never too early to make dark jokes to cope that have to do with the holidays. It’s only September. Bring on the coping, the dark jokes, even if they’re holiday-related

We need to cancel "White Christmas" altogether. It is racist. Bring in the cancel squad.

A Boston-area historical society apologized on Monday for an invitation attempting to play off the lyrics of the Christmas carol “White Christmas.”
The Dorchester Historical Society released an invitation for its annual holiday open house that read “I’m dreaming of a white Dorchester,” Boston CBS reported.
The phrase was meant to reference snowfall and included a picture of the nonprofit's Boston Street location in a snow globe.
The promo received backlash from social media users who thought it could be misconstrued to have racial connotations or leave certain people out.
Well, you think people would know better by now.
Taking things out of context is what they do. Misrepresentation is the name of the game. Perhaps it would be safer to cancel the word 'white' from all dictionaries?
It has always been a loonie bin (can I say that these days? ) but the life system is getting progressively more insane by the hour.
The inmates have control of the asylum and are taking us for a ride. Buckle up, ppl, the fun is just starting.

Maybe we can convince conservatives to act on climate change, if we called the whole agenda "keep christmas white"

Pot, kettle much? My emphasis:

"I'm dreaming of a white Dorchester" is pretty darn close to "Keep Dorchester white". They didn't realise that at first and changed it when they did. Why wouldn't they change it?

Why? Because you deliberately misrepresent a single word to make an aimless hyperbolic comment about it?

Describing something as white is not racist - here it's simply indicating a color often attributed to Christmas because of the romanticized notion of snow falling on Christmas day. Of course, describing something as "for white people only" most definitely is racist. Your hyperbole is becoming very timesome.

I am pretty sure those people in Dorchester were thinking of snow from the original Christmas carol not keep the n**** out. If they were thinking the latter they have sicker minds then the “SJW’s”.
Satire: By the way as a short person I am very offended by “Snow White and Seven Dwarfs” story. The use of the D-Word by the people of average to above average height is proof of society’s systematic heightism. Not meaning anything by it just shows your hightist privilege. People must be made uncomfortable 24/7 until they realize this.

Of course. That's why they changed it to something less ambiguous.

Careful now - satire tends to sail high over too many heads. Oops, sorry - I said "high".

Every word, every phrase no matter what the intent can be interpreted as nefarious. I guess we need to apologize for every word we ever uttered.
Satire is has to be based on some reality. I was always the shortest boy in my class, it did make me a target, it probably prevented me from being hired for certain jobs. In 1978 Randy Newman had a hit record with ‘Short People’. It was constantly being played on the radio.
I was in college and boy did I feel offended. I was not the only one, even in that pre politically correct era the song was controversial. The song is not heightist it was is satire about prejudice which is obvious if you listen to the all the lyrics. Newman is not the person that needs to apologize, that person is me.
In Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the Dwarfs are both heroes and diverse. The story is sexist, the women needs rescuing trope.

I know Charlie Hebdo are big supporters of freedom of speech so I'm sure they won't find it tasteless when I draw cartoons of Meghan Markle supporters executing Charlie Hebdo staff members because, huh-huh isn't that funny?
Yes, it's just tasteless for the sake of being tasteless so I'm sure they'll support me. It's all they've ever done.
