There's not a lot. I've seen a lot of former Catholics though.

One here too.

Raised Catholic, went to a catholic school for a while.
But, I turned atheist.

I'm a Catholic Aspie

Oh, I've been raised catholic, and at one stage of my life was pretty devout. Still, even though both my grandmothers are believers who go to mass every sunday, my parents don't give religion a lot of importance, for my father especially it's a matter of convenience.

I was raised Catholic, went to Catholic school and mass every Sunday, until I was in my mid 20s. I was very pious, went to Rosary sessions in school and probably could have been voted 'most likely to become a nun'. I'm agnostic these days.

Perhaps aspieness commonly leads to atheism/agnosticism? It's hard to have faith when you think of everything in literal terms. Though that said, religious aspies do exist; the ritual aspect of religion can be very comfortable.

And here's one! Yes, I'm there every Sunday and I believe the truth of the Catholic religion. Feel free to pm me if you like.

I have gone to church since an early age. My school "buddies" thought it was way out, wackadoo, I am used to being 'out there'. And I haven't found any better answers anywhere else, so I guess this is how it will be till forever.

I love being catholic!

Was born Catholic. Was disowned by the pastor at age 10 for being too different and too poor. (Yes, that monsignor deviated from Jesus in a lot of ways).

Later in college realized that is was the pastor himself and not the church and the campus church was wholly different so i returned. After finally finding a job after college, I found another parish that more catered to the rejects of society, so I stayed there until i got laid off. Finally found another job in a different part of the country, but all the churches here are too strict and ritualistic and i had a very hary time keeping up in mass. So I stopped going to mass and am losing my faith. Got laid off again, so i don't know what i will do if i find another job somewhere.

So to sum it up, currently non-practicing catholic.

I'm Episcopalian, but I was raised by atheists.

I don't really like the idea of confessing individually to a priest.
