Anyone else notice this in their city? There always seems to be some drama in my city, although it has gotten better over the years & is less commonplace, now.
But yeah, some towns in my city are so underfunded & have been for such a long time, that sadly the people there still live in relative poverty and with poverty comes stress and with stress - mental illness.
