White oppression & ethnic minority oppression
Black people are oppressed as an ethnic group. No doubt. But people forget though that there are a large percentage of white folk who are considered equally as 'worthless' as black people by society & in some respects, even more so, because there are no 'social justice points' for hiring them for businesses.
If you are a poor, white, working class person, you are often way worse off than a perrson of ethnic minority who has an educated family behind them, or a bit of money - or both.

there are three dividing lines: gender, race, and class. If you mention the third one the US, you're called a communist, and if you don't mention it, all attempts at talking about society make no sense. That's what's driving America mad.

Your link is reporting the opposite of what you're claiming OP. ![]()

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.
Yes. Economic status goes straight to the heart of the matter. The social order is regulated by monetary power.

No, it is not.
The link explains that black people have a harder time at obtaining positions of power in businesses. I.e, managerial roles, 'white collar' jobs and so on.
In an entry role or blue collar job, white folk are often at a disadvantage, especially in workplaces with a 'woke' organisational culture.

In my view at least, the three dividing lines in terms if 'importance' in a social capacity are:
Class > race > gender, overall.

Not really. It is an opinion that you can look into yourself. An intrigue. I don't have to prove anything to you - this is a forum and I get no tangible reward for being 'correct'.

You're claiming something but the article you've included doesn't support your claims. It's dishonest to insist your claim is supported when it's actually not.
You don't have to prove anything to me personally but you shouldn't intentionally lie to people by misrepresenting the contents of the article you've linked to. Since you seem to understand nothing in the article supports your claims and that in fact the article reaches the opposite conclusions it greatly diminishes your credibility to keep insisting that your opinion has been substantiated.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion but when their opinion is contradicted by the available facts (including the facts one has posted to support their claim) that greatly diminishes the value of one's opinion, it appears that one's opinion is entirely baseless and uninformed.

Hmm, I think you misunderstand.
I am not claiming anything here - merely providing my viewpoint(s). You can take my viewpoints or leave them. I notice that you have rejected my viewpoints & that is fine by me.
I am not misrepresenting anything. Any article or piece of text is open to interpretation on a subjective level. My interpretation of the article is that it supports the notion of black oppression - my opinion that white people can be oppressed in gaining entry level roles is an entirely different issue & one that is not explained in my post, but which is a viewpoint of mine anyway.
The thread title explains my views and in that sense I have been very honest - there is no dishonesty here.
Also, a Guardian article is just a general article, it doesn't prove anything in and of itself - it is not a scientific paper.
So we are not even in the realm of 'proving' anything in this thread, in the first place.
It's all about context here and understanding the context. I understand the context perfectly.
For your pleasure, I have put an extra line in my signature, at the bottom, on the final line.

This isn't your first white victimhood thread where you peddle dishonest claims and then retreat from them when pressed.
You're entitled to your opinion but when your opinion is a racist falsehood others are entitled to describe your opinion as such.

Perhaps I think your opinion is a "racist falsehood"? We can all peddle opinions, can't we? It is not a 'white victimhood' thread, in my opinion.

What you believe is of no concern to me.
What one chooses to post is sometimes of concern to me.
You've already had this sort of behaviour publicly commented on by moderation, why immediately go back to doing again?

You will no doubt claim the contrary - but I will bet you are a white person funeralxempire. You are an identity politician, a race grifter.
I should be allowed the academic freedom to say exactly as I please, if it is reasonably delivered in terms of how it is communicated.
