Fortunately, I had Peter Hitchens, whilst I was someone who was socially a teenager around the chronological age of 25 - so I never had to fall into a trap of Trotskyism or any kind of communism for that matter.
Being an extremist is a bad thing, many people get hurt, and radicals are blind to the damage they have caused, usually until it reaches an extreme level - a level that is as extreme as their belief systems, whatever specific denonimation of extremism that may be.
