The world seems to be making me boil

It sounds like the words of someone going mad but I'm not I'm just tired of hearing so much negativity from the news. When I say boil I mean angry not hot. I just get tired of countries trying take over other countries as though we are in a new age of colonialism. I tired of hearing about we seem like we "have no money or less money or we can't afford it" when I live in one of the wealthiest countries in the world. I said in a thread before it feels like nothing has gotten better since the pandemic although I don't know if anything was better before the pandemic. I've heard from people of my generation (millennials/zillenials) who say since the recession of 2008 things have been harder and a part of thinks but was it a struggle for millennials in the early 2000s than those five years younger?
