As the title says, will Amy Coney Barrett be 'mindful' of the legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Using these words at her 2020 confirmation hearing is extremely difficult to interpret, especially considering the current case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Center being adjudicated. Perhaps, in her opinion, she will remain 'mindful' according to the possible holding of the majority opinion that a potential female originalist jurist might abide towards - states regulate abortion from conception, but ACB will mandate protection for women in terms of rape or incest as she has the expierence of being a woman herself.

I doubt it. Lots of women are complicit in their own subjugation.

I don't feel she has been so far.

She was hardly going to say that she has no respect for RBG, who was a friend and colleague of her new colleagues.

Last three letters in subject line should be “RBG”, not “RGB”.

To answer the question, it is too soon to tell.

I should modify my answer. "Mindful" was surely a very carefully chosen word. One can be "mindful" of something they intend to completely overturn.

I believe Coney Barret intends to overturn most of RBG's legacy.

I am sure she respected her as a strong jurist, but that doesn't mean she thinks RBG's positions were right.
