Okay, so I should point out that nobody should try to contact this woman as she wishes to remain anonymous & it is illegal to violate that anonymity - and a person doing that is at risk of prosecution if criminalised.
Anyway, I really think this woman needs to be mentioned as an unsung hero of British history:
