I couldn't see an exact thread like this on the list, so let's give it a shot, shall we?

Alright, so I know some (in the VERY LEAST myself) people have thoughts on such subjects, such as why it exists, how did it start etc.

topic at hand:(change it as you wish)'furries', lycanthropy, and other similar ideas.

Now, someone on the forums I mostly go to created a very good explanation on the stereotypical fetish part of this, but what of the aspect in itself? It might have something to do with genetics, perhaps evolution, but I'm not totally sure on what to start with on the topic of origins.

(I'd prefer if we look at this using the perspective of Science)

*wanders away, wondering what link furries (which seems
an adult topic) and evolution (which seems science) are doing
in THIS section*
