I also fear you are right.

In some ways, I hope those rabid Brexiters come to their senses and see what harm Brexit and the Tories are doing to us. But of course, the rest of us have to suffer through this winter too...

Just my opinion, but… the last election was a vote on Brexit (based on lies) and buoyed up by the “personality” of Boris. Now we have a different and completely unmandated Government which about 150,000 Tory party members voted for.

We need a General Election to get them out before they do even more harm.

Brexit deniers is the stupidest label! What does it even mean? That we didn't see Brexit happen in January 2020? That we are denying the effects of Brexit?

It's hardly in the same class as Holocaust deniers or climate change deniers is it...

After doing a search for "denier as a pejorative" and reading a bit about it, it looks to me like the term "denier" is only appropriate to somebody who refutes a proven claim. So all Liz has to do is to prove Brexit was a great idea, and I'll concede her point and stop calling her a liar. I won't hold my breath.

Left-wing view of "denier":

Right-wing view of "denier":

Interesting that the two say pretty much the same thing about it, even if they do use the matter for rather different purposes.

You summed up the opinion of a large section of Britain there!

yes, please don't hold your breath! We don't want to take you to hospital! 8O

It was probably a great idea for disaster capitalists and billionaires but 99.99999% of Brits aren't those.

That is hilarious. I wonder what the King's reaction to Boris Johnson would be!

Truss has already annoyed the King by saying he shouldn't go to COP27. I hope he does a rogue Zoom call to COP27 to spite her

There's trouble brewing...Because theoretically the King can dissolve Parliament!

Well, there we have it - proof that the BBC has a far-left bias and is part of the anti-growth coalition. And we'd better add the monarch to the list. These filthy Stalinists get everywhere.

It's only a matter of time before they start saying the King is part of the anti-growth coalition isn't it

Can an iceberg lettuce longer than Truss?

Bookies odds at 6/1

A poll say 81% of people are for the lettuce.

Truss must surely follow.
