Is anybody here a member of the BNP? I generally agree with their policies, but I am concerned whether they have a disliking of people with AS. I have been verbally informed that NG and his gang prefer conventionality to eccentricity to win over so called Essex Man.

I’m not a member, but I’ll most likely vote for them in the next election.

I couldn’t really see myself getting involved in politics in a “frontline” capacity though, mostly because my A.S. makes me pretty useless at reacting under pressure in an oral debate. Particularly as so much of what passes for public debate these days is just aggressive namecalling and moral posturing.

As for what the BNP think of people with A.S., I don’t know. I don’t think they’d have a problem with it, but perhaps certain other groups within nationalist circles might.

Why? Because minority groups are being used by the elites in Britain to attack social and cultural norms. Some might doubt whether aspergians – a minority group themselves – would really be committed to defending those norms.

Personally, I am sick of the elites in our country promoting the rights of minorities over the rights of the majority as part of their cultural revolution. My having A.S. doesn’t change that, although perhaps it means that I’m coming at things from a different angle from most other people who feel the same way.

Btw, I would say that as a minority group people with A.S. are near the bottom of the pile when it comes to their usefulness in the eyes of the liberal elites, way, way below ethnic minorities and homosexuals.

I wouldn't ever vote for people like that. I'm Unionist and Eurosceptic, but I'm also a libertarian. The BNP aren't that. For that reason, UKIP seems a more attractive option.

I think you need to be reminded that you're not in the old Soviet union and can't deport people because of their views - in fact, this haven of yours collapsed, rejected on a grand scale by its people.

Do you realise that you are too? At least I have a happy, fulfilling life and I'm not stuck in all day every day whinging on message boards about how I'm the most oppressed person ever.

I think you need to realize just how you're behaving and that you're hurting open debate with your attitude, adding lame stuff like that. When you get older, you'll probably be embarassed about having "contributed" to forums in that way. I do realize it's pretty common among us on the spectrum to be quite bigotted though, I was guilty of that during my teen years as well, spamming away posts on online forums and escalating hostilities through my inability to understand other people's views and how my posts came across to them.

I won't be embarrassed about it at all. And I'm bigoted? LOL I'm not that one who agrees with the BNP. 8)

I agree with Tequila. Quit swearing at people for having views different to yours, and speaking their minds.

As for the topic at hand, the BNP have a nationalist appeal, and it's understandable that people want to defend the native British population. However, there are other ways to curb immigration and reclaim the streets than being racist and abusive towards immigrants from afar. There's perfectly logical explanations relative to the background of certain newcomers.

Immigrants often flee from impoverished, troubled, developing countries to richer, developed ones. They need education, and at the same time Britain needs to stick up for its own original culture. Some foreign cultures just aren't compatible, such as hardline Islam, which goes against everything Britain stands for. The government needs to gather some courage and grit, and this PC tripe needs to end. Racism is wrong, British culture isn't.

I'm undecided as to who I'm going to vote for when I get the chance. I'm watching Brown. Is he drastically different to Blair, and will he take decisive action in favour of the British people?

an interesting post.

You seem to dislike the idea of people being deported because of their views.

Yet (keeping in the context of the OP), it would appear your defend a party whose flagship policy is deporting peopple because of their skin colour! :D

This is probably true, its an utterly objectionable and dangerous process and certainly needs to be countered.

However the minority/majority profiling thing is insignificant imo - whats important is simply the fact that different groups of people are being cynically played off against each other, in order to manipulate a favourable socio-political climate for the elites/beneficiaries to operate in efficiently so they can exploiting/influencing people.

Thats the bigger picture as i see it, and i fail to see how the BNP offer any sort of alternative. They employ similar manipulative and deceptive strategies. The rhetoric and target audience might be completely different, but their essence is exactly the same.

You threw an insult needlessly. You're really testing everyone's temper here. Can't you just grow up, stop insulting people for every single post that conflicts with yours, and quit turning WP into a flamefest? And I'm restraining myself, jeez-us.

I've made plenty of sensible posts on here since I was unbanned. I only insult idiots. And tbh, someone who supports the BNP is an idiot. So why should I be given a big lecture on the Soviet Union, just for telling them to GTFO?
