Remember, in the year 1900 people were saying China was going to dominate the world. Outsiders discount their internal pressures which have consistently kept them from projecting power for centuries.
Per person, China was richer in 1250 than it was in 1900. They've got a billion people and they aren't as unified as it appears.

I have been talking about Chinese aggression since before it was recognised in the mainstream media.
I have been accused of racism because I was warning what was happening.
And yet, he we are, with the entire western world now talking about the concerns of the possibility of WWIII starting in the Pacific.
If you are trying to placate me/Australia, I thank you for your intentions, but putting our collective heads in the sand won't change the reality of the situation.
