Like this verse for example, the word in circle means "then beat them" (Beat women) in this context, it can't mean anything else.

Yet they "translated" it to "Then discipline them gently" .....aww as if it's like B&D roleplaying or disciplining a puppy :lol:. Allah is so...a gentle spanker.

Hmm . . . an OCR translation of an Arabic Quran would do wonders for advancing our understanding of Ishmaelites.

I have heard of the passage that mentions beating women before in the Quaran, though I wasn't sure if it was true or not?
