one wonders if the missouri state attorney general is wise to expend state taxes to harass a private health club for its prerogative of allowing whoever they choose [including transgendered people] to use their facilities. why couldn't he just do the classic conservative thing and let the marketplace decide? Atty. Gen. Bailey's type of "conservative" talks simultaneously of "limited government" and micromanaging private businesses, hypocrisy in a nutshell. in my home state of washington, unisex lavatories have existed for quite a while with no troubles noted.
i don't think i'd want to go to the "show me" state or live there, the way things are now.
