Apparently he is having to water down some of the announced welfare cuts due to rebel MP's who might overthrow the whole thing when it comes to the amendment they have signed.

I think, that as long as he is listening to the concerns of his back benchers and acting on those concerns; then a "no confidence" vote won't happen
