Ahh, I see you don't understand .... It's a parody!

Definitions of parody on the Web:

* a composition that imitates somebody's style in a humorous way
* make a spoof of or make fun of
* humorous or satirical mimicry
* spoof: make a parody of; "The students spoofed the teachers"
wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

* In contemporary usage, a parody is a work that imitates another work in order to ridicule, ironically comment on, or poke some affectionate fun at the work itself, the subject of the work, the author or fictional voice of the parody, or another subject. ...

What do I think? I think you should put your country of Origin in your profile.

Seems fair to me.

Enough folks picking on America (for good and not-so-good reasons) that you must have known this topic would be a fight-starter.

Sooo.... where do you hail from, ZakFiend? :roll:

I second that motion! We are only a couple hundred years old; why wouldn't we be barbaric?

However, I don't think people should continue using this as a crutch to keep doing bad things to one another. Too many people use science as an excuse. Like "Oh, the store owner over behind the counter has some awesome shoes and I want them, better go mug him and take his sneakers, after all, it's human nature" :roll:

I think we're somewhere in between, but heading down the road of barbarianism.
