Yes, some fundamentalist Christians feel persecuted because they can't use public facilities to promote their religious views. They can't put up their religious symbols in public places, or use the classrooms to indoctrinate students with their religious beliefs. Others feel oppressed because they can't harass, bomb, and shut down all clinics that perform abortions.
They are free to worship as they please. They are free to speak against abortion. The fact that they feel constraints on their freedoms is a reflection of their own ideology of victimization.
