would you be supportive of special "grain-courts" that would only process cases involving farmland, grains and related topics?

For example, a case betwen a land owner and a private person that wants a little share of a certain field the land owner owns. He could file a complaint for the land by the court and have it processed by an "agriculture-judge".

this would create work oppurtunity in small rural towns all over america and perhaps europe.

so, for a small legal fee, all types of cases about agriculture would be processed by the "agriculture-court", there could even be a small prosecution chamber for criminal cases relating to farming, for example, an farmer that spills tractor-oil on the ground when filling his tractor could be charged with "5th degree, crime against farm land".

so, would you support such a court?

I would be supportive of private arbitration organizations specializing in farmland, grains and related topics.

I am distrusting of any argument that ever says "create jobs" in one form or fashion. Perhaps because turning forum posting into a paid profession would also "create jobs", but beyond that is only shifting money around but not well-related to the creation of value.
