Hey, if the candidates are way less than desirable, why not use our imagination?

There is already a cyborg of sorts in the VP as Cheney has a MECHANICAL pacemaker and Bush has aliens probing his brains! The Gravemind to be specific is controlling Bush!! !

I like human weapons better than covenant weapons.

Chief is also highly involved in border patrol. He will improve the space program, helthcare will consist of 10000+ hours of basic training.
