Not bioroids, or cybords, but pure machine
My favorite was Johnny 5 because
1. not a man in suit
2. was wireless controled, machine, so looked completly mechanical
3. everything on it made sense.

My favorite robot is, Rosie, the maid on the Jetsons. I wish I had one of those Rosies.

HK-47 from the star wars universe, WALL-E is prety good and 343 Guilty spark. Wonder what it would be lie if they were all in the same room.
