I think the facial expression
is one that conveys disappointment

such as

"damn.. I forgot the bell peppers"

Hillary clinton being burned at the stake and her face looking like she wants sympathy and doesn't care. But if a person was being burned at stake they would be scared and in panic. Makes her look pretentious.

I don't like this painting, doesn't do anything for me.
