how come you're not more psyched about the election? all 3 major candidates are pro-war and are raring to go with bombing iran too. i'd think that every candidate would be celebrated by the ignorant people here who just wanna kill brown people.

Wow, a strawman, misrepresentation of facts, and overplayment of an issue in ignorance of all other factors affecting who should run the Nation. Bad job.

the sick thing is every candidate playing up war for iran is using a strawman argument or just out and out lying about the level of threat they present to us which is essentially nil. that and israel can fend for themselves...we don't need their baggage on our backs anymore.

Actually, pro-war people might not be psyched because Obama and Clinton both want to withdraw troops from Iraq on a fixed timetable, allowing our enemies there to just wait it out until a given date, and, while McCain doesn't want to do that, he does want to close down Gitmo and bring its prisoners to the United States where they would be allowed a fair public trial, including the ability to examine the evidence against them, which is, and this is important, CLASSIFIED INTELLIGENCE DOCUMENTS. So, yeah, what's so great for the pro-war people in this election again?

Vote for John McCain. He seems to be a nice guy. He is probably the most humane and caring candidate.

they're full of s**t. both are interested in only removing combat troops but maintaining the bases we have there which is still occupation which will still piss off more people in the middle east and still attract more terrorist attacks and threats against us.

and again, all three are proporting the lies and hype about iran going nuclear and building up a strawman with no real evidence and basically starting up another march to war.

you guys got suckered once with iraq, you're gonna take the same bait hook line and sinker?

Okay, let's review.

Staying in Iraq to the greatest possible extent=good.

War with Iran=Good.

This is what you think if you're pro-war.

Your arguments are that these people aren't anti-war enough, which may or may not be true for your purposes, but the question is not whether they're anti-war enough for the anti-war people but whether they're pro-war enough for the pro-war people.

We're not going to look up every Latin quote you toss in here, and it doesn't make you look any better. Should others start mixing German, Chinese, and Urdu in their posts? Maybe you are trying to stir up the curse of Babel?
