I don't see it happening.
Although Israel did return the much larger Sinai in a peace deal with Egypt, that was a long time ago. The anti-Israel forces arrayed in the north are in a militarily stronger position then the Sadat government was. Cairo is a long way from Israel proper but Damascus and Hezbollah aren't, making the risk greater. There also hasn't been any discussion of diplomatic recognition which of course was part of the Egyptian-Israeli deal.
A return of the Golan to Syria in the near term, especially without full diplomatic recognition, is a sure sign of Israeli weakness.
