Capitalists country that Violates human rights: Brutally efficient
A country that violates human rights can become brutally efficient. Lets break it down

Their justice system is more affective because there is little concern with accidentally punishing innocent people. In western democracy if a someone is suspected 90% of doing a crime, he would be let of because lack of conclusive evidence. In a dictatorship country it would be more efficient to lock the suspect up anyway and save the money that would go on legal expenditure. You aint going to get no drunken hoodies in China

Reduce spending of the health service, let the healthy die so they don’t get to reproduce and have unhealthy offspring.

No need for expensive environmental projects. Factories save lots of money dumping crap into the rivers. A nice nuclear plant would do very nicely no need for expensive oil.

No expensive health and safety regulation to slow down building construction it is done quick and cheaply. Human life don’t matter, there are more labours to replace them.

In the past dictatorships have failed simply because they didn’t promote healthy competition that capitalism does; this is especially true of communist countries. So long as countries like China promotes competition its lack of human rights will make it brutally efficient in comparison of the west
