With the last 2 primaries today, I thought I would take a look at the relative prospects of the two remaining candidates. So, what are Hillary's chances? Exactly 0. I was on CNN's Delegate Counter, and even if we imagine that Hillary wins South Dakota and Montana 100% to 0% (not only is this of course unrealistic, but Obama is considered the favorite to win these states by comfortable margins) she still needs to win over 85% of the currently uncommitted superdelegates just to tie with Obama. Obviously, that's not gonna happen. A more likely scenario is that Obama wins both of today's races with ~55%, in which case Hillary will need over 95% of the remaining superdelegates to be the nominee. Now, does anyone seriously think that's going to happen? Even Hillary can't be that deluded, so why doesn't she just drop out already?

it was a joke. i was saying that the conspiracy theory is true and that something will occur to make hillary the winner instead of barry (i'm no longer refering to him as barack since barry fits him better).

Ah, OK. I thought the conspiracy theories put Obama in there too? Olbermann did have the rant on her RFK assassination comment, so who knows?

No, actually, I can't stand Obama. I just don't see why Hillary thinks its necessary to continue on like this. She won't drop out because she claims she's going to try to get the superdelegates who have already endorsed Obama to switch their support to her... which simply will not happen.

So was McCain, and they called Obama on the phone. Somebody wins the election, somebody loses the election, but THEY don't lose power.

the globalist lobby is about as strong as the israeli lobby. probably why there's so many conspiracies involving both.

I think she should be vice president. People always say how there has never been a woman president even though there has never been a woman vice president either.

Press and media actually suggest Hilary will voluntarely withdraw if she doesn't win the elections in the last two states now. So in that case Obama has won it without the need to get any superdelegee behind him.

I hope for Obama personally, I doubt Hillary would change much and I don't trust her really. I haven't forgotten how her husband signed laws to apply the death penalty more easily on federal level... Obama seems to be a lot more progressive generally.

Anyway, time for the democrats to stand united behind one person, the internal battles cannot do the party any good while the Republicans stand behind McCain without any exceptions.

Not really. A lot of Republicans are quite upset at having McCain for their candidate.

But look at the difference between him and Huckabee (yes I know Republicans have used a different system than Democrats, but still McCain was sure of nomination very early and could prepare his campaign and unite the republican front early on while the Democrats are still fighting internally)

Don't you mean President of Vice? Given what Billy Boy was up to. Oh, Monica your lips killed off 2 political careers in one hit. Blew them to pieces, shall we say.....

Seriously, Hillary not only has lost the primary, but the secondary and tertiary as well. She's totally lost the plot all together. Old Boys Network.... Can't beat it.
