Scientology is almost entirely untrue, and what is true is carefully concealed from new recruits. May those that spread this organization be struck down by slow and painful cancers, or at least repeated killing sprees by disillusioned practitioners. Very few groups on this planet have genuinely evil intent, but Scientology is definitely one of them, al Qaeda without the bombings, an attempt to destroy all that western civilization holds dear.

I honestly don't see much a difference between what "smiley teeth" does and what the rest of christianity follows; it's all the same.

Does it really have to be socially acceptable to achieve anymore accountability from the populace?

Here's the problem: You don't know the history of scientology. I do.
