This was a rally July 12th of the blacked out presidential hopeful Ron Paul. The mainstream media reported that only a few dozen supporters showed up. As usual, flat out lies. Here are the pics enjoy.

Why exactly does the media hate Ron Paul again? I forgot.

no clue about motives but it's been a very hard hit from the media against paul. the majority of written pieces that covered him most of last year were slanted to the negative through subtle use of semantics. dropping little hints of doubt for the reader to eat up here and there. it's a stark contrast to obama who's been crowned by the media since his keynote address.


it's weird.....it really is weird.

They hate him because his supporters not only march but they party in front of Washington D.C



They hate him for not pandering.

They hate him because he wants to get rid of the IRS and income tax.

They hate him because he speaks the truth. They can't handle the truth.

They hate him because he doesn't want to give Israel more missles.

They hate him because he would make a damn good president

They hate him because he's not the most charasmatic guy

They hate him because he wants to focus on American issues

They hate him because he wants government out of our lives.

They hate him because he wants to end the war on marijuana.

They hate him because he voted no to the patriot act

They hate him "because all he talks about is the constitution" (not true)

They hate him because he is smart and knows what is going on economically. He knows how to think of now and the future as well as cherish the past (like the constitution)

This is just a fraction of why he is hated.


Those that didn't get to know what he stood for hate him because the media told them to or they cannot bring themselves to admit that the system is broken.

I certainly don't.

that and many people are brainwashed to believe that they cannot be prosperous without the government helping them.

There was practically no diversity in that audience.

Do you mean racially? Gender? Sorry but you can't see all of the audience in that one clip. There is also more to diversity than gender and race and actually the diversity that takes place with Ron Paul is people of different beliefs that cause friction have come together to agree to disagree for the greater cause that of which is liberty.

There were clashes at times between feminists and the males, clashes between 9-11 truthers and the ones who didn't believe in that and those who liked what Ron Paul had to say even though their friends were saying they should vote for Obama because they were black and should vote for Obama for being black.

In my oppinion Ron Paul would have made a much better president than either McCain or Obama.

There are not a few dozen students but it is very few people nonetheless. The group that wants Hillary is bigger , that doesn't mean they aren't a bunch of whacks. You know what the sad thing is? Ron Paul will not go independent, he will actually try to make those people support McCain, guess they will feel like hypocrites after that.

He's not making people support Mccain.

Well they were saying he wasn't important enough to care about before -and he had the greated one day fund donation of any of the candidates

His idealogy will not allow that to happen under any circumstance. Not to mention if tried that, his supporters wouldn't support McCain, regardless of what he said. it would be the same as McCain announcing to his supporters "I want you all to vote for Obama. He is by far the best candidate"

I don't know much about him, but I gather he's a real small-government advocate (not someone that claims to want small government but when in power spends like a drunken sailor) and in favour of ditching fiat money. The thing is, while most Americans, not least American pols, claim to want small government, they're almost unanimously against it in practice (who actually wants scrapping Social Security and replacing it with nothing and massively cutting defense spending and the size of the military, and ditching the federal welfare state, and ending agricultural subsidies, and not rescuing businesses like Fannie & Freddy, etc? Sure, everyone complains about their taxes are too high...) It is probably this contradiction between small-government rhetoric and the reality of an ever-expanding government why the media and the mainstream political class shun him.
