All you cavemen afraid of your own damned shadow will never know how wrong you were because once you're dead, you're gone. It's the ultimate in getting off scot free. You get to kill, rape, force your beliefs on others but you never face any repercussions because you did it for the big invisible whatever. Religion is the perfect hustle.

But yeah...being wrong and never having to face it. That's where it's at. It's too bad I'm too good of a person, I could probably easily milk you monkeys dry.

And if you have a problem with any of this...just go ahead and pray. Your invisible friend will fix it tout de suite. Afterall, it's real, right? So go ahead and pray. Pray away all the wars, pray away the suffering and poverty, pray away pain. Go ahead, the invisible friend has done such a smash-up job so far with all those prayers.

That is really hilarious and correct.

I don't fear death so religion has no power to scare me. I welcome non-existence. I am glad my life is finite.

I would argue that the power structures inherent in all religions are the real "root" of evil. Religions in themselves rarely do harm, it is the organisations these religions create that cause the problems.

Attack the hierarchy, not the believer.

Attack the idea, not the person.

yeah, I just wish science would hurry up and prove religion wrong, that'd shut them all up.

Religion is the manifestation of much evil, but I would hardly say that it's the root of it.

To assume that you can prove it wrong is to treat it like science, you can't, it's faith.

All things are science and reason. Faith is nothing.

I beg to differ. There's so much faith in the world, you have no idea.

No, and it is foolish to make such a statement as that. Science is a tool, please stop making it into some kind of religion. The same goes for reasons. Both methods of inquiry are useful, but have their limits. Does any sane person really want to apply the scientific method to art?
