Commonly showed as a Hydra, Saltandor is the God of the sun. (who can totally eat other Gods like Odin and Jesus)

in the time before time...there was the earth-a lava mound
until the rock hardened, and life began

the trees took shape, and the creatures formed
the little Ino's soon appeared on the earth
thus was the first age of life

I thought Saltandor had something to do with a rock group band or song or something

Does Saltandor have any commandments?

of sorts yes
I wouldn't go so far as to call them commandments

yeah-he tried to push it on the "early man" but they all killed eachother because they felt the "others" had it all wrong
he didn't want that to happen again-so he made man and left them alone
to let them chose their own path-hoping they would prosper better then the Ino
