A good many states have installed electronic voting but it seems the systems are so flawed that an election can be stolen with ease.

See http://www.cs.ucsb.edu/~seclab/projects/voting/

Is e-voting reliable?

No. Because the companies behind the voting machines are privatized and have lobbyists, it is not reliable from square one.
There are too many problems that I can list with electronic voting.

Let us face the facts, Obama will win because he's the best liar. The fake voting machines are there to make you think you're doing your part.

As currently implemented, I feel it is insecure.

What could possibly be unreliable about a system that registers negative votes in the 1000s in an electorate that has registered voters in the 100s? "Nothing suss"
