Quote:
"I pushed her on the earth's creation, whether it was really less than 7,000 years old and whether dinosaurs and humans walked the earth at the same time. And she said yes, she'd seen images somewhere of dinosaur fossils with human footprints in them."

Munger also asked Palin if she truly believed in the End of Days, the doomsday scenario when the Messiah will return. "She looked in my eyes and said, 'Yes, I think I will see Jesus come back to earth in my lifetime.'"

OK. I already had enough compelling reasons why I don't want Palin in any position of authority, this doesn't exactly change much.

The difference is that Palin seems more genuine. I'm pretty sure she actually believes the stuff she says, which makes it all the more frightening.

I am really scared of America now... (even though this somehow confirms my idea: That GWB and Palin are really from a 3rd world nation, and former colony and are out to destroy America, The ultimate act of terrorism, so to say :) )

But he's too dumb and confused for anything he says to matter or be taken seriously.

It's not a crime to have a religion you know, even if it is a little backwards. Besides, the house is mostly democrat; so even if those two make it into office, it's not like they'll have power to do anything but veto bills that congress tries to pass (and btw, they're surprisingly moderate on most domestic issues). Not saying they have my vote or anything, just saying it could've been worse.
