How do you define the term "sexist?"

Some people will renounce as "sexist" the use of third-person singular pronouns.

Our species, as many species, consists of males and females. There is no way around it.

By the way, do you have a link to the youtube video?

Not really sexist, but funny.

I bet if those were men, the sexism question wouldn't be raised. I find double standards interesting.

I still don't get it--why it is either "sexist" or "funny?"

By "fap"--isn't that just an onomatopoeia for the sound of the hands flapping together?

I'm confused as to what the issue is.

There are men in this video as well. Of course, I can't rate them. But I'm willing to guess that they would appeal to the ladies, except for the second one from the left, who looks like that dude from The Simpsons who says YEEEE-EEESS? all the time.

The society that came closest to being non-sexist had to have been China under Chairman Mao, when both sexes wore those drab green uniforms.

I do not think so. I equate acts of sexism similar to racism. It would have to be a generalization of one gender being superior or inferior to the other. Or discrimination based or gender.

This thread was supposed to be humorous.

Incidentally, the women in this music video are not really being made into sex objects. Mor lam sing tends to do that.

Oh. I've been known to miss things like that. I caught it in Greenblue's thread with the violin video, becuase of his poll choices.
