If you're a monotheist, please read my post:
What's the RIGHT planet?
It was intended for monotheists, but the only responders I've been getting appear to be atheists. This particular post is not addressed to atheists. I'm trying to offer something worthwhile to monotheists who have problems with scripture.

Which One God did you have in mind? For followers of Yaweh, this planet is the Right Planet since it is the only planet.

well, all I know is that we all seem to be in WrongPlanet.net

What exactly a Right planet has to do with Monotheism? does it has to do with a debate on wether or not there is or ought to be intelligent life out there other than earth?

Only?

Haven't you ever heard of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune?

What about the extrasolar planets - the ones that astronomers keep finding outside our solar system?

Could any of them also be a "Right Planet"? They exist too, you know ... since your "Yaweh" made them as well.

Hmmm, not sure if that's a good question, but I would assume following the sense in this thread that it refers to a Planet with (intelligent) life, and the issue of wether this planet is the only planet that supports life or not.

I meant to say only habitable planet. Earth is the Right Planet for us, since we evolved here.

Do followers of "Yahweh" believe in evolution? Does belief in one demand disbelief in the other? Or is it all entirely subjective, and thus solely determined by the free will of the individual?

The Earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens - Bahá'u'lláh

"Suppose we all go with vessels in our hands to draw water from the lake. One has a cup, another a jar, another a bucket, and so forth, and we all fill our vessels. The water
in each case takes the form of the vessel carried by each of us, but in every case, water, and nothing but water is in the vessel..... God is like that water filling these different vessels, and in each vessel, the vision of God comes in the form of the vessel.
Yet He is One......."
- Swami Vivekananda

That is a very nice sentiment. Will it help me pick a winning number in the lottery?

Don't be silly each philosophy whether it's religious, mystical, scientific, or some famed author is always going to give each person some sense of self reflection or personal meaing. I read alcoholics annoymous that brings up the concept of a higher power...does that mean I'm religious? No it just means that each time I read a passage I put my own meaning into it for what it means to stay clean and sober. Sometimes the tangible such as facts and figures isn't the cure all for people who suffer with afflictions such as grief, loss, addiction, and so on.

You don't have to be a "religionist" to know that. As if every faith belief, or ideal is based on the makings of a Santa Clause who's suppose to give you what you want or else there's no need to look into these ideals or affirmations that have personal meaning to each person.
