No, you ought not be evil. The reason being that assuming something closer to moral realism, evil is what you ought not be by definition. So, the question "should I be evil?" is by definition to be properly answered by "No"

Well, you can be a petty sort of evil without *that* much inspiration, but if you do truly want to be evil, you need some creativity. This man is really who you should strive to model yourself after if you wish to be evil.
