If you could change anything in the world, what would you change, what kind of world do you want to live in?

Maybe a world where the average bloke isn't *censored* stupid and selfish. It could really improve things!

I would wish that people would be just and honest with each other.

This is one wish that will not come true. We are hominid version 5.0 and our ape genetic legacy makes us natural born liars.

To get to plain old decency and justice would require a leap in evolution which will not happen since such a change has no reproductive advantage. Liars and hunks get the women. Liar women get the hunks.

Considering the divorce rate that seems a form of justice.

I would start the world respecting each other fairly and equally.
I would make people respect anybody, not just people wth a lot of money or with a certain social status or natinality. I would make people value others by their actions and actions alone, and judge not their community as a whole but the individual. I would stop racism, homophobia, disablism and so on. The list is endless.

There seems to be a problem. People with strong racist and anti-gay and anti-abortion beliefs might demand respect for their point of view. And groups enthusiastic about violence against critics of Muslims or Israel could give trouble.

First I'd start with mandatory recycling for everyone.

If you could really change everything in the world, couldn't you just GIVE x amount to resources of everybody?

I wish that we would all be able to read each others minds and not have to talk.

One can only give what he has. Giving away that which belongs to someone else is theft and plunder.

Yeah of course thats not the way I would do it, I express myself rather clumpsy here....well then I might just change a law or something making rich countries share their money and benefits with the poor ones in a more democatic way than stealing money...

I would if all money in the world was mine, but only to those who needs them. I assume rich people dont. But oops.... they would also be poor if I own all the money, LOL :queen:

And the result would probably be pandemic murder and insanity. Probably the only thing that keeps the world somewhat stable is human hypocrisy and a natural talent for lying.

:

Law is force. Forcing someone to give away his own property is extortion and plunder.

Taxation is theft, because it is backed up by force. It is legalized armed robbery.
