Ivegotyou, a neutrino has about an even chance to go through several lightyears' thickness of lead. It took decades for enough of them to interact with cloud chambers on Earth to prove they even existed. They'll pass through you, your house, your friends and family, and your planet without even noticing. Net effect: zero.
Further, the hypothesis this works from is that Earth is somehow supposed to enter some sort of special relationship with the galactic center in 2012. Two points: 1) there is no such relationship, and 2) were there, our solar system's transit around the galaxy isn't that fast - if such a relationship existed, in order for it to "peak" in 2012, we would have had to have entered it sometime during the past five thousand years or so. Remember that it takes almost two hundred million years for us to make one orbit of the galaxy...
In other words, the fact that the Mayan Long Count calendar ends in 2012 signifies precisely one thing - that the Mayans ran out of room on the big stone they were carving this on. Worrying about some sort of "cosmic shift" occurring just because the calendar ends is like worrying that there's going to be some sort of mass wolf extinction on Jan 1 because my 2010 wolf calendar runs out on Dec 31.
