Junk. Both. Especially in a few years after weathering. Visually, not very interesting, artificial, gloss, all-gimmick. Has no sympathy or context with surroundings. Tacky.
Conceptually, I'm not quite comfortable with suggestive art in general public spaces, that will draw children to it.
I'm a bit of a prude really, just the way I was brought up.
Return it to the funfair.

Maybe also tear down the Washington monument...a stylized obscene representation of male anatomy.



It's probably just a coincidence George Washington is called "The father of our country."

I guess soon real peaches and eggplants will be banned. Along with bananas. And hot dogs. And maybe soft-serve ice cream cones.

The USA uses sex to sell everything and yet if a kid asks anything about the human anatomy the parents practically want to lock them in their bedroom with no internet or TV until they're at least 21 years old.

Maybe toss all Georgia O'Keefe's canvases on a bonfire and roast weenies.

Any more, it doesn't matter what you do -- someone is going to be intent on being offended by it.
