I just remembered, to post photos on here and all forums you need to give the link from another site! And most people have profile pics of something else since we aren't really allowed to put up photos of ourselves since there are stalkers. DOES THIS MEAN SOPA WILL END THE EXISTENCE OF ALL FORUMS?????????

THAT WOULD BE JUST AWFUL :cry: It would completely destroy all fandom and creative expression through shared ideas. The world might as well go back into the dark ages.

And this is what Republican Tea Party members want, but also in means No Uniforms(except for Navy, Army, Marines, or other Millatary stuff), raising the Age of Consent, Marrage Age(from age 28 or older, and no sex until marriage unless older than 30 years old, Other religions would be call the Devil Worship and may result jail time, execution or harsh transistion(mainly to Christan via the Nun Treatment), Mental Aslyums would be re-opened to those of ANY Autism Spectrum of Disorders and treatment would be reveresed to be dated back to the 1920s to 1970s treatment,

Basically this is what I call trying to go back to the days of the Great Depression, and Midevil Times here, the internet would be the first to go.

Also it could defidentally be used as a form of cyberbullying. One of my friends who lives in a small town got arrested for something she didn't do because everyone thought she was a lesbian even though she was very much straight and even had a boyfriend. Since the jury all knew her and hated her appearance (she dresses like an emo) she literally got sentenced to a month in jail. If SOPA is passed, this kind of thing won't just happen in small towns.

Is that bad hyperbole or is there some medication you need to get up and go take? The Tea Party opposes SOPA as an infringement on individual freedom and privacy.

From what I see, both left and right are equally pissed off about SOPA/PIPA actually. This goes beyond political affiliation as it threatens all of us mutually I'd say.

How dare they make fluttershy cry!! !! !

On topic of discussion I believe that this is related to copyrighted images so we may start having to look for images that dont feature copyrighted material/the author uses a cc that allows it to be shared as long as they are being credited(ie dont mess with the image copyright...)
