Hi, I am sure that you have heard of the "Hacktivists" known as 'Anonymous'.
I used to think they were just people that that had an desire to fight against authority in whatever form that took. Day-by-day I am beginning to think that 'Anonymous' may actually be the "Voice of the people who actually DO SOMETHING rather than just talk about it".

I have just watched this video about the USA. It describes how the United States Government have used the so called terrorism threat as a way to take away civil liberties.
Here is the video:

Part of me wants to become involved in 'Anomymous' but I think that doing so is against the law. I will have to ask some Police persons whether it is or isn't.
An aquatance of mine who works for Google (her job is assisting in internet censorship) informed me that the Police are not against 'Anonymous' but they have to seen to be against them by the public.

I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.

I could be wrong, but I don't think "Anonymous" is like a club where you just tell them you want to join, and they say OK.
They are pretty secretive, and most of their "activities" have been pretty successful due to secrecy.
The things I've read about are all illegal, such as overloading a website so it crashes on purpose (denial of service).

That seems like a bad idea. Going to the police about joining an organization (or non-organization) known for breaking the law will draw suspicion.

How does doing things in real life make them a joke? Wouldn't sitting around and doing little more than posting on /b/ make them more of a joke?

If you want to learn about Anonymous, there are sites you can go to learn. Anonymous sites. Like TwoCansAndString. You ask questions anonymously. Ask about Anonymous, and someone will answer.

I don't know much about anonymous You should remember that within any activist organisation you are likely to find Feds who are attempting to entrap people.

I watched that video, and it shouldn't have convinced you. It is an advertisement without any real substance or educative value.

"the people who brought us Katrina." :?: (mentioned in the video around 9:15 sec.)

Um... Katrina was a hurricane brought to us by Mother Nature, not the U.S. government.

Only if you're being literal. Katrina is also a shorthand to refer to the entire event, including the response.

You don't join Anonymous. Anyone can declare war in the name of Anon, and anyone can join one. Mostly, they will fizzle out, but others will grow. It all depends on the will of Anon.

not all of anonymous are bad,its a very wide group that anyone can belong to from raging black hat hackers to people with morals who want to defend those less able to defend themselves.

have been at a RL demonstration before where a number of anonymous members attended,it was a demo against the profit whoring disablist company; ATOS, the anonymous folks were just as respectful as everyone else.

I would advise against getting involved with the anonymous movement, the interesting thing is that the design of the network is one which is likely to be robust.

It is a set of unconnected cells with no leader so it is something which is close to impossible to eliminate, but on the otherhand it might be much smaller than many people think. I know that Emilio Mola claimed (falsely) that he had a fifth column ready to rise up in Madrid, this was a classic bit of psychological warfare designed to give people a fright.

For all we know anonymous could be mostly a psychological warfare outfit.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

Anonymous isn't a real group, it's more of a moniker used by lots and lots of people with different and conflicting goals. It can be manipulated and has.
