I forget who said it, but I'll quote it anyhow: He who ignores history is doomed to repeat it.

We're like the "Roaring 20s".

People making tremendous money.

-Stock markets hit recent record highs.
-Crypto-currency creating hundreds of billions of "wealth" from nothing.
-Real estate at record highs.
-50 year low unemployment.
-Apple and Amazon are recently trillion dollar companies.

We go BOOM BOOM BOOM!

Most Americans never got to partake in that freewheeling wealth. And what did all that irresponsible opulence get us? The Great Depression, in which millions were cast into poverty.

Most Americans are getting rich.

All you have to do is own a home.

The same was said during the Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan and so on administrations.

Most of us don't own homes.
Where are those Americans getting rich? I don't see them around here.

But not a single one of them was so disruptive to the country, or seemingly had the interests of another country ahead of America.

I got as far as England and stopped. Can't be bothered to read something by someone who can't be bothered to do

their research.

In the interests of fairness, I went and had another read and it's even worse than I originally thought. I don't know

how brexit will go but we are not in a depression, we are not doomed. We don't know what's going to happen but

we will manage. W have been through much worse. And not wanting to be a part of an EU that is determined to be a

single country and is not properly accountable does not make us fascists. Most immigration to the UK comes from

outside of the EU anyway. And we didn't copy American policies, we don't need to be taught how to be cheap.

Americans willing to effectively apply themselves often do well.
Not naming names, but having looked at some threads I see that the old troll is out and a new one is in...

Obama was the last worst president. All I have to do is look up "Obama worst president ever" to find several pages of articles on that subject. And before him certainly of course Bush and Bush derangement syndrome. See I think part of forgetting the past and being doomed to repeat it, is to keep getting apoplectic over each rehashed event in history.

Being that Obama had brought the economy back from the edge caused the Bush years, and giving healthcare to millions of Americans who had never had it before, I have to ask what you have against Obama.
I might add, the Obama administration had never had so many resignations and criminal indictments and convictions among his people as Trump has had. And it'll only get worse when the Mueller report comes out.

All you have to do is own a home.

A home is not meant to make you rich, it's meant simply to live in; a new estate bubble, maybe?

Before WW2 Germany economy was getting better under Hitler.

The problem, if the economy is doing well under Trump (Which is a if!), is that then his horrible ideas outside of economy are also validated for the population; nowadays peoples in developed countries only care about money and getting jobs, after all, and it don't matter if it destroy the rest of the world and their children life.
