Kremlin papers appear to show Putin’s plot to put Trump in White House

Trolls will try to dismiss suggestions of Russian interference in the 2016 election via the "Russiagate" argument whereby they claim that that allegations that Trump actively colluded with the Russians have been incontrovertibly disproven. This line of reasoning is in fact irrelevant, whereas there should be no doubt in anybody's mind that Russia interfered and will do so again.

As did Ukraine:

Quote:
Donald Trump wasn’t the only presidential candidate whose campaign was boosted by officials of a former Soviet bloc country.

Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.

A Ukrainian-American operative who was consulting for the Democratic National Committee met with top officials in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington in an effort to expose ties between Trump, top campaign aide Paul Manafort and Russia, according to people with direct knowledge of the situation.

The Ukrainian efforts had an impact in the race, helping to force Manafort’s resignation and advancing the narrative that Trump’s campaign was deeply connected to Ukraine’s foe to the east, Russia.

But, I suppose they had to do something to protect their investments:

I suspect the Ukrainians knew a Russian controlled White House would be an existential threat to their nation. Very different reason why Putin had done it.

Since when haven't elections been interfered with by outside nations? The United States has interfered in elections taking place in other nations plenty of times. What’s in question is whether or not Trump was conspiring directly with Putin. Apparently the Mueller investigation was unable to substantiate that.

Just because the US had done it in the past hardly means any of us should just shrug our shoulders, and say, "Oh, well."
The fact that Trump had suggested that the Russians find Clinton's emails tells me he at the very least had been aware of Putin's help.
Mueller hadn't spelled it out; rather, he left it up to the congressional investigators to put it all together.

Time to re-open this cold case

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald ... ng-n995816

Mueller tried to bury certain things that make the stars align toward Putin's successful interference and the Trump's families overtures to Putin's cronies.

Is this all over fear that the ex-president will be reelected?

After the first world war the leaders said "never again". But they didn't learn their lesson. Nobody want's history to repeat itself.

There's evidence wh***y there (Assange) was on Russia's payroll. I think it's suspicious that Trump, who had wanted Assange executed, ended up being his cheerleader as soon as Assange (wh***y there) was showing favoritism toward Russia.
Besides, I wouldn't trust any of those three even less than I could throw any of them.

I think we're all aware that I'm referring to Assange's white hair and pale complexion. Not a thing racist about it.

I know that Grover Cleveland had two nonconsecutive terms as the 22nd and 24th president. He lost reelection to Benjamin Harrison. However Harrison's economic policies are believed to have contributed to an economic depression, so Cleveland got voted back in.

Based on that scenario, I can see history repeating itself.

The term you used is a racist perjorative for people with european ancestry.

And no, we're not all aware of what you now claim you were referring to, or even whether that "explanation" for the use of the racist term is true.
