That was horrifying to watch. Just more proof that there is no justice in the "justice system". The arrest was disturbing enough (for what, asking questions in debate-style and being into his politics?) but to see him brutally and repeatedly tazered like that...

I'm just so glad we have video available like this now. These injustices can no longer be hidden.

I don't blame the US; I certainly blame the security nut-jobs, and also John Kerry for not speaking up during the incident. Later, Kerry said:

The way I saw it is that the cops had him down and well enough restrained but they tased him anyway. That is TORTURE and has no place in the law enforcement comunity. I was under the belief that tasers issued to LE's were for when they couldn't get somone under control and/or for self defense. Not as a torture device.
The student in question was being disruptive but NOT violent. I didn't see that as "inciting a riot".

I was brought up to believe that the US is the freest country in the world, however, the more I see these types of behaviors... I'm beginning to wonder if we have any freedoms left at all.
