There is a big diifference between a "random assertion", where a person makes a statement whilst providing no evidence to support it, in order to deny the target(s) of the assertion (or "personal attack") the ability to defend themselves, and a targetted observation, where the person doing so explains (with associated "evidence"\source material) their observations and how they reached the conclusion they did, allowing for others to correct any misunderstandings which may have been made, and so affected the observation and potentially caused an incorrect conclusion to be reached.

To be fair to everyone, this thread was derailed around May 2020 when the topic of Ahmad Arbery getting lynched by two white men for being black and daring to exercise in an all-white town seemed to have switched to Central Park Karen Amy Cooper.

The topic started off questioning whether she was did something criminal.

Some argued, yes.

I and others argued, no.

Answer: No. Her criminal charges were dismissed with prejudice.

Now the issue is whether her employer defamed, and discriminated against her.
