So who is behind this giant conspiracy that invoves EVERY scientific organization in the world? Bigfoot? Elvis? The Masons?
So NASA, the American meteorological Society, The Royal Academy, NOAA... are all controlled by Satan?
I'm sorry, your post is a joke.

Actually, cycles do occur and that is more evidence of AGW. If it were not for man’s influence we would be getting cooler. However, as ALL the data shows we are getting warmer.

“Where are we currently in the natural cycle (Milankovitch cycle)? The warmest point of the last cycle was around 10,000 years ago, at the peak of the Holocene. Since then, there has been an overall cooling trend, consistent with a continuation of the natural cycle, and this cooling would continue for thousands of years into the future if all else remained the same. But since 1750 however, the CO2 content of the atmosphere has deviated from the natural cycle. Instead of decreasing, it has increased because of the fossil-fuel burning. Methane and nitrous oxide have also increased unnaturally because of agricultural practices and other factors. The world has also warmed unnaturally. We are now deviating from the natural cycle.”
FROM
http://ossfoundation.us/projects/enviro ... ural-cycle

CO2 has increased since before 1750, when few were burning coal, oil was far in the future, but the population was growing, and more land was being plowed more often. The only way for CO2 to leave the system is being taken up by plants that then die, and feed the Carbon Based soil lifeforms, and remain trapped until they form Carbonates. The plow is what blocked this part of the Carbon Cycle. Greenhouse gasses match the rise of industrial farming, and the curve does not change when later times use huge amounts of fossil-fuel.
I agree with the result, but not the cause. Now that it is warming, cubic miles of water have become vapor in the air, over hundreds of years, and stopping warming would release it as rain or snow. As is, water vapor holds the heat, it is the big greenhouse gas.
We have two problems, one is restoring the Carbon Cycle, the second is the runaway results of our Science. Its a hard rain gonna be a fallin.

“New Study Confirms Water Vapor as Global Warming Amplifier”
“Using the set of climate model experiments, the researchers showed that rising water vapor in the upper troposphere cannot be explained by natural forces, such as volcanoes and changes in solar activity, but can be explained by increased greenhouse gases, such as CO2.”
FROM
http://www.rsmas.miami.edu/news-events/ ... -amplifier
Yes, CO2 causes more water vapor which amplifies global warming. In other words, more CO2 released, more global warming.

Congress has exempted any discussion of farming and grazing from global warming. If they want funding, science will too. Both farming and grazing cause evaporation, warming of the surface, which causes more evaporation, no CO2 needed. Warming releases Methane from natural sources, a more potent greenhouse gas.
The warmest recent period was before the last ice age, no industrial CO2 involved. There was more water vapor in the air, but drought conditions pervailed. I have seen no measure of increased cloud cover rising with global warming. Nor any measure of cloud cover reducing global warming. Clouds are low events, the highest reach ten miles.
When a meteor hit Maruitania, blew a mile wide crater, kicked dust and ash up over a hundred miles, there was a sudden cooling, and water vapor in the air fell as forty-five miles of snow over the next few thousand years. No humans were involved, the energy exchange was vast, and the method is beyond our understanding, and ability to affect.
The white robed priests of science cannot make it rain, stop rain, or even predict rain.
Nothing has been proposed to deal with global warming, other than to blame CO2. Stop all production today, the problem continues. 98% of Climate Science believes it is a real science, and needs more funding.

Okay, Let's clarify some terminology: 'industrial CO2' is CO2 that is being re-released into the atmosphere after it was bound in coal and oil for millennia.
So there was no 'industrial CO2' involved in earlier periods, as the term describes RE-released CO2.
And science does ROUGHLY understand how the cooling effects of volcanic eruptions and meteorite impact work.
Both imply years of semi-darkness, that will cause crops to fail and trillions of animals, a few billion of them human, to starve.
So scientists are cautious about using these techniques to engineer weather, precisely because they have only a ROUGH understanding, and would prefer to rather not risk killing off half the globe, while we could still re-arrange ourselves to run on renewable energy.
Oh, wait, of course, the sun does not provide renewable energy, but energy from nuclear fusion.
I'm sure some people will use that as an argument against solar-power.

OK, cycles exist. However, as my source proved that means that our current warming is not natural .

Blizzards?
“The atmosphere's water-holding capacity increases by about 4 percent for every 1° Fahrenheit (0.6° Celsius) rise in temperature. This effect is similar to the difference between a warm bathroom and a cold bathroom: the mirror fogs up more when the air is warmer.
Extreme precipitation is likely when a storm passes through a warmer atmosphere holding more water. In warmer months, it takes the form of torrential rainstorms; in winter, blizzards are more likely.”

????????????? What on earth does that have to do with the proposition “AGW is real”? Are you claiming that clouds will save us from global warming? Once again, you talk like an AGW denier and yet dismiss the AGW cult’s last remaining argument! ( that the clouds will save us) Note that even this last attempt ( by the AGW denier cult ) at giving a rational argument is weak.

Here is an article about water vapor.
http://www.weatherquestions.com/What_is_water_vapor.htm
“Water vapor is water in its gaseous state-instead of liquid or solid (ice). Water vapor is totally invisible. If you see a cloud, fog, or mist, these are all liquid water, not water vapor. “

If I understand it correctly, it is the low level clouds, particularly the stratocumulus, that help cool the Earth by reflecting solar radiation back into space.

From http://www.nsf.gov/news/special_reports/clouds/question.jsp:

Quote:
Currently, all of the Earth's clouds together exert a net cooling effect on our planet. But the large and opposing influences of clouds on the Earth's climate begs the question: What will be the net effect of all of the Earth's clouds on climate as the Earth continues to warm in the future? Will clouds accelerate warming or help offset, or dull, warming? Right now, "The scientific community is uncertain about how the effects of clouds will change in the future," says Hugh Morrison, a scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder, Colo.

...

Why do different types of clouds impact climate differently? The climactic impacts of the three most important types of clouds--stratus, cirrus and cumulus--depend on their heights and thicknesses.
Stratus clouds: These clouds hang low in the sky--usually within two kilometers of the Earth's surface--and resemble a gray blanket covering thousands of miles of sky. Because these clouds block sunlight from reaching the Earth, they act like a sunscreen or shady umbrella that helps cool the Earth. Therefore, they have a net cooling effect that helps offset warming.

Cirrus clouds: These clouds are wispy and feathery, and positioned up to 20 kilometers above the Earth's surface. Cirrus clouds let much sunlight pass through them and may also trap the Earth's heat, just as greenhouse gases do. Therefore, they have a net warming effect that helps magnify warming.

Cumulus clouds: These clouds look like balls of cotton that extend vertically high in the sky. Cumulus clouds, which have sharply defined edges, may form alone, in lines or in clusters. Cumulus clouds can block sunlight, but also trap the Earth's heat. Their net effect on warming depends on their heights and thicknesses.

In a forum where the norm is for quotes to be set apart in areas as a result of using quote tags and where the writer has run everything together, it can be confusing to deduce that something is intended as a quote.

Even in the days before the Internet, paragraph or larger sized quotes appearing in text would normally appear to be indented to make it clear to the reader that they were separate.

In your case, the text was all jumbled together only the quote marks around the text quoted. Perhaps if you had skipped lines before the quoted part and after the name quoted, then it would have been clear.

So don't try to blame your lack of clarity on anyone reading what you wrote. You are responsible for your own clarity, not others.

OK, even tho AGW sceptics agree that CO2 causes global warming, they think that does not matter because the clouds will save us. Thanks for showing us that even that last argument against AGW is weak.

In other words clouds currently slow the temperature increase . However, the AGW denier cult hopes that in the future the cloud's cooling effect will increase ( there is no evidence for this speculation) and stop our current warming trend. Like I said, an argument from desperation*
* At least the AGW denier "elite" have admitted that CO2 causes warming etc. Unfortunately, for them their clouds to the rescue speculation is lame.

YAWN. You must be really desperate. To concentrate on something so anal?! Anyway, I am sure most people can tell that a quote is between quote signs (" ") and that the author of the quote is given below the quote on a single line.

Real scientists recognize that clouds may or may not counter some of the projected warming. For those for whom Global Warming is a religion, anything that does not reinforce their prejudices is seen as wrong. But they don't really matter, anyway.

And, by the way, I do not deny global warming. While I'm not at all convinced that the projections are at all accurate, I am quite hopeful that global warming does exist because I think it quite likely that Global Warming will be beneficial to mankind.

Eric
Um, yeah, and so…? 98% of scientists believe in AGW and they agree that clouds MIGHT slow down warming. However, there is no convincing evidence to support such a speculation. What you fail to understand is how science works. Scientists are willing to speculate and admit the possibility of a certain proposition. However, that does not mean they embrace it. They have embraced global warming because it has been proven to be a fact. They have only admitted that there is a possibility that clouds might rescue us from global warming, even tho it has not yet.

“And, by the way, I do not deny global warming”

Well at least you are starting to become more rational!

Good grief. You think repeating a lie WITH NO EVIDENCE will convince people???? I already proved that 2005.2010. and 2014 are hotter than 1998. You have yet to give a legitimate site. And PLEASE stop altering graphs!! !! ! You keep giving graphs that show global warming and altering them to show global cooling.
Obviously you are a troll. You love lying and getting people upset.
