In this case because they decided it was enough to just permanently mark him as a felon. I suppose that's plausible but then Martha Stewart might feel they were especially harsh with her...she made one change to the corporate books but immediately changed it back and did time in prison for it. As I recall it, her changes were not left in the books long enough to hide anything or to mislead anyone.I think it is probably prudent to say Trump can now never own a gun.
But I am smiling about him having to contribute a DNA sample to law enforcement.
I think it would be entertaining if it tied him to some serious misbehavior in the past.
