For me, ANYBODY that bothers to sit down with Glenn Beck deserves everything they get. He rates up there with Oral Roberts, Jimmy Swaggart and his most holy Rush Limbaugh. You know what - as much as I dislike these guys, I'll bet they throw one hell of a BBQ. BYOG.

Beck, just like many other Conservative commentators have characterized NPR Radio as a leftist organization, that at times has antisemitic viewpoints and is an arm of the the Liberal Left, i.e. the Democrats. This assertion isn't anything new, but the defenders of NPR over the last couple of decades have egg on their face, their foot in their mouth and no credibility anymore after NPR execs have been caught doing just exactly what they have been accused of by conservatives.

Now, if NPR was a publicly traded corporation, then maybe their execs would think twice before extending their hand out for a $5 million dollar contribution from actors posing as Sheiks from a fictitious organization with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. The 2 hours of video is a wonderful example of a Leftist marginalizing certain groups of people with the same drivel I hear from other Lefties (Unions, Teachers, POTUS, doesn't matter...). Beck is a reaction to this crap perpetuated by the Left via NPR and other outlets.

If I lived in Europe, I'd be concerned about any Caliphate talk, simply because all Iran would have to do is move their long range missiles to the coast of North Africa and they could hit anywhere in Europe. Oh, and I really like the sweet Baby Rays bbcue sauce. Wow, that stuff is good.

The right has done a great job trying to force gays back into the closet, courting evangelicals and conservative Catholics at the expense of other more mainline denominations, making working people the bad guys if they unionize, and publicly attacking the loyalty of Americans if they are of the Muslim faith. I could go on and on. None of these people are marginalizing themselves; but rather have been cynically turned into targets by the far right in order to score political points by playing up on peoples fears and prejudices..

Actually, depending on the blogs, you actually can get accurate news from them. Also Beck, has a lot more credibility than his critics.

There is a lot more to credibility than having lots of ignorant fans


That explains why his fans tend to know more about what is going on than the people that watch the other news networks...

In fact some of the stuff that has been coming out about Obama that you consider news to you, I actually consider it old news. I knew about some of this stuff before november 2008.
