Russian Influence on U.S.
Would be if it was true. And we forgot the endless countries around the world where the US has more than influenced elections. You don't get every single person near power having to speak and suck up to lobbyists from Russia, there's a country you do, but it's not Russia.

No, there was nothing to Obama's birth certificate, save deliberate delusions by racists.
There was at least a birth certificate in question which Obama eventually released, there is zero evidence of any connection at all between Trump/Russia. It's completely baseless in it's premise, it's just a desperate attempt at rationalizing such an embarrassing loss without accepting any of the blame of their own. The Russians are totally why Hillary abandoned campaigning in the battleground midwest and was wasting time/money running up the score in huge media markets or chasing dreams in places in like Arizona/Texas/Georgia. At the very least they should fall on their swords as total incompetents.
If there's nothing to the Russian/Trump story, why was Flynn fired, and why is Putin's American fixer and former Trump advisor, Paul Manifort, in hiding?
Having to ask why indicates there's still only speculation, suspicion and innuendo to work with. But nothing actually confirmed. It's all still up in the air like vapor.
Where there's smoke, there's fire.
Not true.
There's smoke without fire?

No. The saying is dumb and is used as propaganda. In reality, people are innocent until proven guilty.

I don't feel convinced that the Russian Ambassador is a spymaster; that looks like more outrageous false or unprovable information that is calculated to discredit the dossier. Like I mentioned before, that is a classic counterintelligence tactic. Also, it doesn't matter.
It turns out that Kushner met with him and Flynn in Trump Tower. The Russian ambassador wasn't breaking any laws, whatever he discussed, just doing his job. If Kushner and Flynn discussed future directions for policy, they were breaking the law.
I still care about Trump's tax returns. They should become part of the investigation, so that we can at least learn if the show Russian business interests.

Yes, people are innocent till proven guilty. But if guilty, then the smoke leads the investigation to the fire.

This is just weird. The Trump Organization apparently had a legit spy working for them in his day job, making deals around the world, including Russia. Some say the guy was part of the inner circle, but Trump has repeatedly denied knowing him personally.

President "telling it like it is" should just say me and my guys did it, we did it because we want to make a mutually beneficial deal with Russia instead of running to mommy twitter like a 5 year old "the Democrats did it toooo" waaaaahhhhh!.
He should do it but he seems incapable.

I agree. This way, a big deal is being made over nothing.

Did anyone else just watch James Clapper, Obama's DNI on Meet the Press? If not, you need to see the series of very important, simple, declarative sentences that he utters.
I did note that although he flatly denied the existence of a FISA order against anyone in Trump Tower, he did not mention the possibility that calls between people there and Russians who were the subject of such an order were intercepted.
So, I have a question. If they FISA wiretap order was to legitimately investigate the wrongdoing of foreign entities with links to foreign governments, and the US intelligence agency discovers that they have intercepted calls which involve a current political campaign, what should they do?

James Clapper is the guy who lied to congress about the NSA bulk collection of data on millions of Americans FWIW. As for your question, all other material would have be disregarded and destroyed and the fact that we even know about these FISA warrants at all is evidence that someone broke the law by leaking it to the press. There was no wrongdoing found on Trump or his people's part despite the illegal nature of this 'investigation', there seemed to be a habitual targeting of political opponents by the Obama administration. The Obama Administration apparently sought FISA warrant broadly against Trump & his associates but was denied as there was zero substance or evidence, consider the leeway FISA courts usually give as they have only rejected a warrant like 12 times in it's history.
Remember the IRS targeting?

There is far more evidence of misuse of Obama's executive authority than any of evidence of evidence of wrongdoing between Trump & Russia. The Democratic Party is self destructing before our very eyes, their hubris and corrupt ways are finally being exposed. Trump has come to drain the swamp, the question is how far this criminal cartel will go to keep their grip on power? Loretta Lynch posted this cryptic Youtube video mentioning the the need for 'blood' and 'death' in the streets, these acts of sedition by these Obama officials is more than enough probable cause.

Trump read a Breitbart article and tweeted about it. That's it. Breitbart is a propaganda outlet.
The Atlantic article you linked in the other thread referred me to this article:
https://lawfareblog.com/ten-more-questi ... dent-trump
These are some excellent questions to direct to the president.
Do you agree that, to whatever extent no such surveillance was taking place, the fact of its absence—which is to say the fact that you were either lying or making up facts or repeating allegations published in Breitbart with no idea of their accuracy—is also not classified?
Will you similarly declassify any material the underlying FISA application may contain so that the public can understand the basis or lawlessness of the alleged Obama surveillance of your campaign and business?

IRS targeting first. If people vociferously oppose paying taxes, then their tax-avoiding activities warrant more attention. There's also evidence of more wrongdoing in that area on the right. So, you target places where you find a lot of targets.
Clapper got burned by earlier lies, and should be in jail, along with many of his predecessors. That hasn't happened, and my point is that he has made simple falsifiable claims. I wish you would learn to do that more often. If he's lied, there won't be any weaseling out of it.
You also seem, like Trump, to misunderstand the nature of the relationship between the White House and the FBI. They act independently, and consult each other under very strict limits. The White House proposes programs and states their policy priorities, but does not directly influence investigations in progress. They may get reports, or ask urgently for reports or even demand results, but the WH is in no way in charge of the FBI.
Your recent line, Jacoby, sounds like the kind of basic misunderstanding of the American system of government that authoritarian regimes often have. In their world, protest is only allowed by the powerful, so they assume that any protest against their embassies must have official approval. You seem to have swallowed the idea of liberals controlling everything, to the point where your comments sound increasingly like conspiracy theories.
I'm not sure how we can be so fundamentally incorrect on everything, and still have such a level of control over everything.

I'm very interested in this. However, I would only watch it from her actual account. I don't expect anyone has time to fact check a YT channel for misleading edits.
