Trump's proposed wall is too expensive anyway to cover the entire Mexican border. More likely it will end up (assuming it's ever financed) looking like the Israeli walls (barrier) along the west bank which is a mix of walls and barbed wire.

If you watch the TV series called "Mayans" about a Mexican motorcycle gang there appear to be existing tunnels that cris-cross the border area anyway so a wall is really just a band aid.
