That's my job.

If you are already disposed to being a fan for trumps, then I guess the role is all yours!

I'm not a Trump fanboy,
Just fair-minded.

According to the Autism Manual, being objective, reasonable and not joining in on a pile-on, is part of who we are.
Apparently, some, on the spectrum, haven't "Read the Fracking Manual". 8O

Well it is a spectrum and we live during the reign of the individual, some experience emotion so deeply that it takes precedence (or perhaps overrides) over objectivity, being reasonable and aversion to hive minded thinking.

I think in pictures, I will share what I see... the setting is a Colosseum of sorts, on one side are emotionally fuelled apes flinging their excrement and mirroring their method on the opposing side are other apes flinging theirs back, all are shrieking about their individual identities while engaging in mob mentality.

In the background on both sides are the objective and reasonable ones, watching the entertainment, voices lost to the mayhem caused by the delusional individualism.
______
Tackling the issue by making false claims means that the response has descended to the level set by the buffoons. A loose-loose cycle.

Agreed. I think he was trying to say a) I wish doctors could find a way to kill the virus with light energy (radiation, lasers, fever, simulated UVC waves), and b) I wish doctors could apply the principal of disinfectants to make a medicine (antibiotic or antiviral). In both cases, DUH. It's not like doctors aren't working around the clock to develop and test antivirals.

I'm just flummoxed that someone in his position with a worldwide audience could misuse language so pitifully as to sound like a buffoon.

I'm flummoxed at the degree of partisan BS, by many of the Democrats.

Well, actually, I'm not.

wanting health care while not being rich, is "partisan" only in the eyes of the smugly middle-class.

It's not a "partisan" issue because the Democrats mostly agree with Republicans. Biden is a right-wing corporate neoliberal who only wants the smugly middle-class votes, so Dump will probably win in 2020. America is pathetic. Middle class and poor are constantly conned. I really can't stand how idiotic "centrists" pretend opposing Trump is the end-all and be-all. Trump got elected because neoliberalism is a failure. The rise of the far right isn't random. It's a global phenomenon. It's a response to the failure of the status-quo.

And the folks who are deeply invested in the status-quo will do everything in their power to convince us that putting things back to how they were before Trump will somehow resolve the issues that made Trump possible.

Because doing nothing about the circumstances that caused the deplorable troll to get elected will absolutely ensure the same thing doesn't happen again.

:chin:

So what’s the solution?

Might have been Bernie, but corporate Democrats wouldn’t allow it.

There was something fundamentally wrong with your political aristocracy, to allow the Trump phenomenon to happen.
You need to fix the corruption of your political "elite".

Agreed.
There is a world-wide dissatisfaction with the political aristocracy.
