Confine yourself to fresh fruit.

Next thing we'll hear is about mercury in fruit.

There is naturally occurring mercury in fish. The corn syrup scandal is not new.

It is actually partly the fault of consumers wanting things a certain way, without really knowing where food comes from.

You can reduce your HFC intake by cooking your own meals without prepackaged ingredients like sauces and mixes. Most of those have HFC. Think about the ingredients just to make a simple baked item like biscuits or cake: flour, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, baking powder. No HfC if you make it from scratch. I know it is more work, but it really doesn't take long to make a lot of things that are really good, and you can save money too. If most of your meal is a fresh veggie or fruit, you will be cutting back on possible HFC or mercury too.

I talked to my school principle and he is going to send it to the superintendent, and they will send it somewhere... and they will send an automatic phone call to the students registered numbers. In the meantime they will just announce it over the intercom. 8) I can't help but like knowing the principle at times.
